Hi, I’m Meredith Crough
I am a practicing psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and mental health educator with over 15 years of experience in the helping field. I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology, am registered as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) and am the Program Coordinator for a non-profit trauma therapy clinic supporting survivors of relationship violence and complex developmental trauma.
My goal in working with you is to offer the safety, curiosity, and space you need to access wisdom, build your resilience, and feel nourished and refreshed in your work and life.

" I offer clinical supervision and consultation for training and practicing psychotherapists, frontline workers and leaders in helping professions and non-profit organizations"
Roots
The challenges that helping professionals face are complex and nuanced. The cultural landscape of our work is rapidly shifting and increasingly demanding.
At Minerva Mentorship and Consulting, I offer supervision and consultation as an opportunity for counsellors, workers, and leaders to step back from the busy pace, and set foot on solid ground by drawing on the roots of existential and dialectic philosophy, systemic and relational theories of human psychology and trauma informed practice.

My Approach
